Ask for Dave, he'll treat you right! Great spot when you're in the mood for noods, noodles that is. Quaint decor details, quick service, fresh ingredients, & exceptional service. We started with the calamari which came out fast & hot. Well seasoned & cooked perfectly. I got the chicken glass noodle soup which was seasoned sublimely with a good amount of chicken - the chicken did have that day old taste though - and the plate of add-ins was so fresh My dining partner got the steak pho and was very happy with her choice. The portion size is huge so if you have a small appetite be prepared to take some home. *Pro tip: ask for two containers to keep the noodles sperate or they will be mushy & an unpleasant leftover experience. This place is a tradition when we make the trek out to the grocery spot next door. Ask for Dave, he really is the best!

“The bún bò Huế was absolutely delicious! The broth was rich, flavorful, and had just the right amount of spice. The beef was tender, the pork hock was juicy, and the noodles had a perfect texture. Everything tasted fresh, and the portion size was generous. It really reminded me of authentic bún bò Huế from Vietnam. If you enjoy bold, savory flavors, I highly recommend trying it. I’ll definitely be back!”

This place is a must try. Run by new management and new chef. They have two locations in Northern Virginia and are well known for the most authentic Vietnamese dishes, from daily dinning to banquet. I’m glad we finally have one in the Hampton Roads area.
